Pros:
Bestmark schedulers are kind and professional. They pay reliably and generally promptly, and work flexibly with you.
Typically, they respond quickly to emails. They offer a job board,
accessible once you complete your first shop, though not all shops are listed.
Bestmark has one of the best shops in the industry - highest reward for the lowest amount of effort (they advertise them as "Super Fun Retail" shops). Bestmark knows the value of its "Super Fun" shops and will only give them out to shoppers who complete other work for them, which can lead to disputes, though I have found them more than fair in assigning the attractive shops.
Cons:
Non-"Super Fun" shops run the gamut from acceptable to famously underpaid
(two-department shops), so make an effort to grab the bank shops first
in your attempt to get "Super Fun" shops. Watch for last minute "Super
Fun" reschedules. "Super Fun" shops are limited to those who have shopped for
them already.
Bestmark shops have tight deadlines and your shop can be automatically cancelled, so work quickly. I've found it very difficult to contact Bestmark schedulers by phone; email is best.
