Pros:
Confero pays consistently and reliably (on the 25th of the following month).
Their schedulers and staff are very responsive in email turnaround; communication is strong and Confero is quick to proactively contact shoppers.
Cons:
Confero has a different grading system than most companies - expect for a good
shop to receive an 8, rather than a 10, score. The feedback usually isn't
helpful to get you past the 8 range (typically "your report required minor
editing"), and 10 scores are extremely rare - typically only for shoppers who
went well above and beyond the expectations of the client.
