Pros:
Customer 1st pays reliably and consistently. They give clear and concise instructions, and fast
food shops include reimbursement and pay at or above most other mystery shopping companies who
serve similar clients.
I have found schedulers and contacts at Customer 1st to respond promptly and helpfully, and have found their feedback to be fair and appropriate.
Cons:
Email notification goes out after the wave has started, and most of the shops
are taken, so you'll need to check in (typically at or just before the beginning of the month).
