Note: According to their website, Sights on Service is the name of the company; Secret Shopper is the name of the service they provide. For clarity, I've referred to them as Sights on Service for the sake of this review.
Pros:
Sights on Service offers an online job board to sign up for shops as well as
sign up to be a back-up shopper. They do not post email notifications, but
they indicate on their website when the next group of shops will be posted
(generally weekly). They provide feedback and a very functional and
informative website.
Cons:
Restaurant shops are generally reimbursement only. You must complete a training course
before completing certain client-specific shops.
